I was next. A decent Black GT.

During our most recent trip, the weather was mostly cloudy, probably due to the rainy season around the corner.
The new color Cloudy Black seemed to do very well under these conditions.
Successfully landed 147cm Faube G-cup×2

I managed to catch the 137cm macho GT, with near perfect fighting
in the shallow area with difficult currents.

Another massive fish attacked my lure.
After a 3 minute fight, I surfaced a 153.5cm super tough looking GT.
This was the biggest fish for the trip.

5 minutes after starting fishing using the G-cup,
Mr. Takao landed the first fish in
Bali.

After handing the prototype E-cup lure to Mr. Yagi who was having difficulty all day,
he hooked up immediately.

It had been a while since I was able to catch a Bali GT.

We had arrived at the location I had long wanted to visit. Badu-aba (?).
Although the current wasn’t moving to our expectation,
I hooked up a fish that looked pretty big. Managed to land a GT that is probably almost 30kg.

Although the bite rate from GTs had dropped in the Komodo’s,
I believe it has allowed higher rate for large size GTs attacking our lures by the smaller fish decreasing.

By making sure each bite is successfully hooked up and landed,
it will enable the angler to increase the chances of achieving the dream size.

It has become a more challenging location to fish with tackle selection and technique,
but believe it has become an ideal location to land Super size GTs.
