I went GT fishing from the pier again this year. The conditions were tough with strong winds and GTs being far away, but I was able to catch a 30kg GT with the G-Cup.   As one cannot move locations when shore fishing, we cannot seek shelter from wind or get closer to the fish.  Therefore one must depend on a lure which performs very stable in strong winds and waves.  The G-Cup is "my trusting GT lure" which I use the most in tough conditions.
